Since starting Dot Energy Solutions he has instilled the philosophy of making a little bit of money over a long period of time and always being available for his clients. This principle, along with his desire to do the job correct the first time have helped him build and maintain relationships within the industry. His attention to detail can be attributed to his early years spent serving in the United States Air Force. As a proud member of The Masonic Lodge, Jon is dedicated to his family and community.

Michael oversees all aspects from estimating to project management, construction and drilling crew supervision (including health and safety), direct client communication, client and vendor contracts, and overall field operations. His responsibilities include managing numerous sites for all of the regions serviced with focus on budgetin
Michael oversees all aspects from estimating to project management, construction and drilling crew supervision (including health and safety), direct client communication, client and vendor contracts, and overall field operations. His responsibilities include managing numerous sites for all of the regions serviced with focus on budgeting, planning, and managing the drilling and pipeline construction installation activities.
With more than 24 years of experience in the environmental industry and the last 16 years focused on the solid waste industry (landfill gas, leachate collection, flares), he has been responsible for managing up to 25 crews (300+ employees) with annual revenues in excess of $50 million. He is familiar with multiple client’s processes, SOPs, points of contact, site-specific requirements, historical data on previously installed systems, preferred vendors and subcontractors, standard and site-specific drawing details, to purchase ordering and invoicing systems. Michael graduated valedictorian with honors from Grand River Academy and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton with additional extensive professional training (IT, design/CAD, safety, regulatory, heavy equipment, fusion, and more).
